Ha ha!!! We just won Montana!!! Only Virginia hangs in the balance, and then Cheney can't be the tie-breaker!! I am giddy. I can't stop smiling, goofily. Also, the abortion ban ballot initiative in South Dakota was defeated, by double digits! Could the American people finally be growing a primitive brain stem?
JD, your efforts in this matter are muchly appreciated... did brain stems answer the phone when you did your phone-canvassing? Did you have to argue with idjits?
No arguing with idjits; more contending with peoples' annoyance at being called at home, which I can kinda relate to. When I was calling on Sunday for John Hall (who won! for a congressional seat from Westchester county in NY), lots of people I spoke to said they'd gotten some of those GOP robocalls. Why those dirty lyin' bastards!

The hell with caution I WAS JUMPING UP AND DOWN AND SCREAMING and i couldn't sleep last night, and I can't stop feeling happy and excited and hopeful. We get to feel this about elections for once in our lives, chil'rens. Savor the flavor, like we used to say in 6th grade.
i think "dancing in the moonlight" was orleans' biggest hit... john hall is super talented. if you listen to early hall & oates it'll really blow yer mind. plus he had the best hair in the business.
