Yesterday was the birthday of LogWorld's own DJ Dekker, aka AdHoc! A Sloth Asks: how is it possible for a person to get cuter and cuter every year?
I'm trying to be very quiet right now because he is still asleep, surrounded by birthday trinkets. This is the sign of a truly successful saturnalia.
And speaking of pagan holidays:

Maybe the religious right will eventually abandon christmas altogether, leaving it to the heathens... more fruitcake for us!

AdHoc is a sagittarius. <---Although this site says nothing about sagittarians being unbelievably funny, it does suggest that Ad would be a very good horse trader. Other people born on his birthday include Diego Rivera and Jim Morrison.
I, on the other hand, am a scorpio, which is the sign of evil. Other scorpios who share my birthday are Winona Ryder and Joseph Goebbels.

Hey Mr.Adhoc, Happy belated birthday. You are getting cuter though the truth is, I guess I haven't really known you long enough to really make that call, for all I know you're getting weirder looking, but I've known Sloths to be fairly trustworthy so I'll take her at her word that you are getting cuter.
